 Dr. Chad Kraska is a clinical psychologist and founder of Genesis Clinical Services, specializing in psychological and neurological assessments. With over 20 years of experience, he is passionate about helping clients understand their strengths, challenges, and the support they need to thrive.

Recognized as a leading provider in North Carolina’s Piedmont area, Dr. Kraska values long-term relationships with the families he serves. His expertise includes ADHD, autism, anxiety, mood disorders, learning disorders, trauma, and personality disorders.

He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Auburn University and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Kameron Pillow is a psychometrist at Genesis Clinical Services, where she understands that behind every data point is a person seeking answers. Kameron specializes in the administration and scoring of psychological assessments under the supervision of Dr. Kraska. She has a deep commitment to accuracy and compassionate care, working closely with Dr. Kraska to ensure each evaluation is as thorough as it is insightful.

As a proud "Double Eagle," Kameron earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Childhood Development and Family Policies, and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from North Carolina Central University! Outside of the clinic, Kameron stays grounded through Pilates and traveling. As an avid foodie, she enjoys discovering new flavors and cultures, a hobby that reflects her love for learning and her curiosity about the world.

Karen Finkelstein is our Office and Operations Manager, bringing extensive experience in healthcare operations, including many years in the dental industry. Originally from Minnesota (and a lifelong Vikings fan), Karen now calls North Carolina home and enjoys staying connected with her grown children. She is known for her steady leadership, clear communication, and talent for creating well-organized systems that help both clinicians and staff thrive. Karen is deeply committed to supporting a practice environment that is efficient, welcoming, and grounded in excellence.

Megan serves as our Patient Services Coordinator and brings over 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and has worked extensively as a Speech-Language Pathologist with both pediatric and adult populations. Her clinical background informs a thoughtful, organized, and empathetic approach to patient care, helping ensure a positive experience from the very first point of contact. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and senior dog, Henry, participating in Pilates and book club, exploring new restaurants, and staying active in the Junior League of Charlotte. She is currently on maternity leave welcoming her first child and looks forward to returning to the practice soon.
