Dr. Chad Kraska, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and founder of Genesis Clinical Services. With more then 20 years of experience working on psychological assessments he is passionate about helping clients truly understand their strengths, weaknesses and identification of what support can help achieve the best version of themselves. Dr. Kraska is honored to maintain long-term relationships with many of the families he works with, and is well known in the Piedmont area of North Carolina as a leading provider for neurological assessment.

Jennifer Davidson, LCSW, is an outgoing and passionate therapist with a specialization in trauma-focused care for individuals of all ages. With extensive experience in treating autism, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health concerns, Jennifer is skilled at tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. She has a particular passion for helping children and families improve functioning at home and school, often incorporating play therapy to build self-regulation, executive functioning, self-esteem, and social skills.
Since 1997, Jennifer has worked in a variety of settings—including schools, hospitals, community health centers, foster care, and private practice—offering support to individuals, children, and families. Kathryn Leggett, LCMHC (NC), LPC (SC), is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), Kathryn provides specialized care to children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, trauma, grief, attachment issues, and life transitions.
Kathryn is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven therapeutic approach for trauma and emotional distress. Dr. Glover is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized expertise in assessing and supporting adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves and their unique challenges to foster personal growth and positive change.
Dr. Glover earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University, following a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a bachelor’s degree from Hampton University. She completed extensive training during her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Hamm Clinic in St. Paul, MN, where she deepened her focus on psychodynamic and interpersonal therapies.
Dr. Glover’s warm yet direct approach—often described as a “velvet hammer”—creates a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to gain deeper insight. In addition to her work with adult ADHD, she offers psychological testing and has a strong interest in cultural identity, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and relationship dynamics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. before earing her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
