Dr. Kraska earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at Auburn University before going on to earn his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.
With extensive experience in treating autism, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health concerns, Jennifer is skilled at tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. She has a particular passion for helping children and families improve functioning at home and school, often incorporating play therapy to build self-regulation, executive functioning, self-esteem, and social skills.
Since 1997, Jennifer has worked in a variety of settings—including schools, hospitals, community health centers, foster care, and private practice—offering support to individuals, children, and families. Her outgoing and empathetic nature allows her to connect deeply with clients, empowering them to make meaningful progress in their lives.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree from Carson-Newman University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel heard, valued, and equipped to achieve their goals.

Lucy’s background is as diverse as it is impressive. After high school, she pursued her passion for culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, earning a degree in pastries and desserts. Her family and friends especially love her signature orange liqueur crème brûlée—a testament to her creative flair!
An active and energetic individual, Lucy is also a certified group fitness instructor. In the past, she taught athletic conditioning, strength training, and kickboxing at the YMCA, combining her love for fitness with her natural leadership skills. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, exercise, and staying connected with her community.
Lucy’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication to excellence make her a dynamic leader and a welcoming presence for staff and patients alike. We are thrilled to have her guiding our operations team with her unique blend of expertise and energy.
Kathryn is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven therapeutic approach for trauma and emotional distress. She incorporates a variety of modalities, including play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and humanistic techniques, to create personalized, client-centered treatment plans.
With a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Regent University, a CACREP-accredited program, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kathryn has cultivated a strong foundation in mental health care. Since 2014, she has been serving as an outpatient therapist at Carolinas Counseling Group, providing a warm, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.
Kathryn’s dedication extends beyond individual therapy; she is an active member of the Association for Play Therapy and a passionate advocate for the well-being of her clients. Her holistic and empathetic approach ensures that every client feels valued, understood, and equipped to face life’s challenges.

Rhoda specializes in treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, maternal health, parenting challenges, life transitions, and spiritual issues. Her expertise in play therapy allows her to connect with children in meaningful ways, helping them express and manage their emotions more effectively. She also provides parenting support and family therapy, fostering stronger relationships and improving family dynamics.
A graduate of Liberty University with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Rhoda also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Cambridge University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in English Literature from the University of Newcastle. Her global experience, including over 15 years counseling cross-cultural workers and families in Asia, brings a unique perspective to her practice.
Rhoda’s warmth, empathy, and expertise empower her clients to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful growth. She continues to provide support to individuals, families, and communities, ensuring each client feels valued, heard, and equipped for success.
