Dr. Chad KraskaPsy.D., HSP-P

Dr. Chad Kraska, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and founder of Genesis Clinical Services. With more then 20 years of exoerience working on psychological assessments he is passionate about helping clients truly understand their strengths, weaknesses and idetification of what support can help achieve the best version of themselves. Dr. Kraska is honored to maintain long-term relationships with many of the families he works with, and is well known in the Piedmont area of North Carolina as a leading provider for neurological assessment.

Dr. Kraska earned his Bachelor’s degree at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama before going on to earn his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at Fuller University in Pasadena, California.

Jennifer DavidsonMSW, LCSWA Clinical Social Work/Therapist

Jennifer Davidson is a Masters level Social Worker with a focus on Theraputic Play Therapy. Ms. Davidson is passionate about working with children and their families to collaborate together to make a strong impact in promoting healing and improve family functioning. She works with children of all ages who may experience difficult situations or experiences in their lives. Ms. Davidson has worked to provide support services to children and families since 1997 in many different capacities such as schools, community health centers, hospitals, foster care, adoptions and private practice. Her work in play therapy to help children learn to self-regulate, improve executive functioning, increase self-esteem, deal with trauma, increase social skills, and develop positive relationships.

Ms. Davidson earned her Batchelor’s degree at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee before going on to earn her Master’s degree in University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas. She is currently pursuing certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).

I am currently pursuing certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I use several different treatment modalities to create a safe and trusting environment for my clients to explore their potential for growth and positive self-expression.

Finding the right therapist for your child can be challenging. I have worked with children in many different capacities throughout the years including schools, community mental health, hospital, foster care, adoptions, and private practice. I would love the opportunity to work with your child and your family to provide treatment that will make a difference.

Callie N. BlantonPsychometrician

Callie Blanton is a psychometrist providing testing and administrative support at Genesis Clinical under the supervision of Dr. Kraska. She works closely for extended periods of time with clients for the purpose of testing issues of a behavioral, psychological and/or neurocognitive nature and may at times work with clients’ family members as well. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. before earing her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In addition to her testing expertise Callie has experience conducting assessments, providing individual therapy, and leading group therapy in various settings.

Jen WilsonAccount Specialist

Jennifer Wilson is our Accounts Specialist here at Genesis. With over 25 years of experience in medical healthcare, she is adept at navigating insurance claims and keeping client accounts current and correct. Jen earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Road Island, Medical insurance policies can be very confusing, especially in the area of Mental Health. Jen’s extensive depth of knowledge along with her compassionate nature provide superior service for our clients.

Stephanie KraskaPsychometrician & Office Manager

Stephanie Kraska works as a psychometrist providing testing and administrative support at Genesis Clinical under the supervision of Dr. Kraska. Along with the privledge of getting to work one on one with clients, Stephanie manages office logistics for Genesis Clinical. She works to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. With her Bachelor’s degree from NYU in New York, Stephanie has worked in quality control and project management prior to transitioning to healthcare administration. Amy Smith Client Coordinator

Amy Smith helps our team provide exceptional psychological care by assisting with intakes, billing, scheduling, and office logistics. Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree from Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas before going on to earn her Masters degree from Park University in Parkville, Missouri. She brings her experience with medical office administrative support and customer service to Genesis. Her strong communication and organizational skills, in addition to her attention to detail and warm personality make her an incredible part of our team. Amy is skilled in helping clients learn about the process of assessment and therapy. Her reassuring voice will be who answers our phones when you call to make an appointment.
